TROUBLESHOOTING

If leaking occurs at the T-Valve (under the toilet tank), the T-Valve is either cross-threaded or not tightened enough.Tighten the leaking area with a 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 turn with large pliers. Turn water supply back on to test. Continue turning until leaking stops. If leaking continues, unscrew the T-Valve completely and make sure rubber washer is placed flat and even at bottom of the T-Valve opening. If leaking persists, use Teflon tape on the threads of the pipe on the toilet tank and reconnect the T-valve.
If leaking occurs at sprayer head, disconnect sprayer from the hose, and check for the rubber washer or that the washer is lying flat and deep inside the hose. Tighten hose to sprayer head until tight.
If leaking occurs under (the bottom) of the T-Valve from flexible toilet connector, turn the toilet connector 1⁄4 to 1⁄2 turn by hand and turn water supply back on to test.

WARNING

Turn the T-valve to the downward position after each use, releasing pressure to the hose and sprayer. If the T-Valve lever is left in the 45 degree position (pressure to both toilet and sprayer), you risk weakening the components of the sprayer and hose, which could expose your bathroom and home to water damage. Aqua Nexis is not responsible for damage which may have been caused by failure to follow the above instructions.
